Don’t be frightened… these actually taste badasss, I promise.My Tips:- Have 1 fruit for each 3 pieces of fruit (3:1 veggie:fruit ratio).- Always include some type of leafy green, eg. kale, spinach, lettuce, swiss chard- Have a water based piece of fruit or vegetable, eg. celery, cucumber, watermelon- Wash all your ingredients before blitzing- Add bonus flavours like herbs, lemon, lime, ginger and super foods- Drink from and store in glass jars to keep super fresh. Also, the natural acids from your juice will excrete the toxins from plastic into your drink. Ew!HP Fave-Mango cheeks- cucumber 1/2- spinach 1 cup- celery- ice + fresh coconut water (not canned)You don't have to use coconut water, but REAL coconut water is full of amazing micronutrients, healthy fats and hydrating factors. If you don't have time to open real coconuts, filtered water will suffice.Pineapple Lover-1 cup coconut water (or filtered)- 1 cup chopped pineapple- 1/2 small cucumber- 1 cup of leafy greens (lettuce goes well with this one)- handful of iceSuper refreshing, light, yummy, full of electrolytes and good enzymes for your digestion and for detoxing. Immune Booster-1 Orange- 1 cup of kale - 1/2 lemon- 1 tablespoon of honey- 1 inch of ginger, grated upPacked with loads of vitamins C and enough potency to fight off any cold, as well as anti-inflammatory factors… you'll feel like rainbows are shooting out of your ears after this one. Add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper is you're feeling gutsy… that will really kill any baddies roaming around in your body!
Potassium Boost- 1 Frozen Banana- 1 whole coconut- 1 cup of spinachCrack open your coconut and pour all its contents into your blender, scoop out the fresh coconut meat from the insides and add in as well. Simple, but amazing.
