I LOVE the fact that dinners can always be used as leftovers for lunch the next day. It seriously makes it so much easier, I'm a busy person where I'm always out seeing family & friends so knowing once dinner is cooked lunch the next day is too! I’ve noticed I’m feeling ALOT less bloated. I'm a lot happier within myself and I notice that I am getting out a lot more and being active. " It was very easy to talk to Chani, I immediately felt comfortable to talk about everything with her, even the awkward stuff.
One of the main things that helped me was the constant communication and almost daily interaction.

Chani was so knowledgeable, I could instantly tell that she had a degree and really understood the biology of the impacts of food at a high level and from this I was able to learn so much.

In my own words, I would describe the program as fantastic. I was so appreciate of the constant communication,
